Top 5 Skill sets
1. 8+ years of experience in a project manager role on large-scale technology infrastructure projects
2. 1+ year as an infrastructure PM at an airline (big 3 take priority)
3. 3+ years running refresh, middleware, DB, data center or telecom enterprise projects (the more the better)
4. What I want: People who actually manage technology programs (at scale) and have the experience described in their resumes. Resumes that just talk about how many people managed, developing processes, writing status reports, counting project cost and business benefits, etc. will not receive the same interest as people who describe the purpose/scope/scale of the project(s) they have managed. Relevant content knowledge and experience is very important.
5. What I do NOT want: Application development PMs, scrum masters, etc. PMs that specialize in setting up PMOs or defining PMO processes.

Thanks & Regards
