Remote Role but has to be a resident of Wisconsin.
Required:
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, Active Directory policies, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and web filtering solutions (5 years).
Security administration skills in a mainframe environment (5 years).
Experience in access role development and maintenance, defining application level roles/groups and permissions to ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms align with policies, standards, and best practices (5 years).
Experience with user administration, Active Directory, and user administration functions of multi-user services applications (5 years).
Knowledge in mainframe automation programming languages such as RACF and Identity and Access Management systems like Cayosoft.
Understanding of agency audit and compliance requirements.
Summary: Under the general review of the ITSC Supervisor, the IAM Coordinator supports and maintains the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program and standards for ETF. This role manages the user access security environment, including Active Directory, third-party Active Directory tools, Mainframe Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), legacy application access, and technical Directory and Authentication Services for employees, members, and vendors. The position supports both cloud and on-premises application services.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support ETF’s IAM program.
Ensure secure and healthy user access environment through Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
Provide oversight and brokerage of system and service access.
Partner with DOA/DET to support enterprise IAM services provided to ETF.
Gather and interpret IAM metrics and data for performance evaluation.
Manage user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Oversee identity lifecycle and access management.
Handle user access changes and prepare documentation for audits.
Act as the point of contact for audit issues.
Consult with business units on access level changes and new system implementations.
Ensure quality and accuracy of user system access.
Recommend best practice service improvements.
Drive enhancement processes for the IAM program to meet ETF’s business and strategic needs.
