Role: Business Analyst with Insurance domain exp 7-8+ Needed
Location: Madison WI (onsite Locals Only)
Interview Process: 2 rounds via MS Teams
Duration of Contract: 6/30/2025, likely to extend

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
– At least 5 years of experience – Lead, facilitate and coordinate business requirements gathering. Validate the requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions.
– At least 5 years of experience – Develop, execute, and document test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. Track defects and coordinate resolutions.
– At least 5 years of experience – Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system/software capabilities.
– At least 5 years of current experience – Writing SQL queries and creating source-to-target mapping documents.
– 5+ years of experience doing business analysis on large and complex IT projects. – Experience in Government, Insurance Industry or Pension Plans
