Job Title: UKG Pro WFC (Workforce Central)/ WFM (Workforce Management)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Implementation and Configuration Specialist with a strong background in designing, developing, and managing interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of IT experience and have in-depth knowledge of UKG Workforce Central (WFC), UKG Workforce Management Pro (WFM Pro), HR systems, and payroll principles. The specialist will play a key role in implementing UKG Pro, configuring timekeeping, attendance, accruals, and scheduling, as well as leading projects to ensure seamless integration with other HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage interfaces with a focus on UKG WFC/WFM Pro products.
• Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects from inception to completion.
• Customize and configure UKG Pro to meet business requirements, including Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, and Advance Scheduling modules.
• Develop and implement workflows, rules, and policies within UKG Pro to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to UKG Pro functionalities and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient UKG Pro configurations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all UKG Pro configurations and processes.
• Provide training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using UKG Pro and related systems.
• Ensure that UKG Pro configurations align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Conduct continuous analysis and improvement of existing UKG Pro configurations and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of IT experience, with a focus on designing, developing, and managing interfaces for workforce management solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles.
• Hands-on experience in UKG Pro implementations and configurations, including Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, and Advance Scheduling.
• Extensive experience with UKG Pro and Kronos WFC/WFM Pro products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Solid experience in developing customized integrations between UKG Pro and other HR systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training programs and provide clear documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced scheduling and payroll integrations.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro best practices and new features.
