Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath Lead/Architect with extensive experience in building automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying a significant number of bots, with hands-on experience in managing production infrastructure. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and guide the automation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.
- Bot Development: Build, deploy, and manage a high volume of bots to automate complex business processes.
- Production Infrastructure: Oversee and optimize the production environment for UiPath bots, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical oversight and ensuring best practices in automation development.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, present automation solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and industry trends, and continuously improve existing automation solutions.
