Setting up and configuring Tomcat servers on various operating systems, including defining memory allocation, network settings, and security policies.

 

Application deployment: Deploying web applications to Tomcat servers, managing application lifecycles, and ensuring proper access controls.

Performance monitoring and optimization: Actively monitoring Tomcat performance metrics like CPU usage, memory consumption, and response times, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing performance tuning strategies.

Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Tomcat server errors, application crashes, and connectivity problems.

Security management: Implementing security measures on Tomcat servers, including user authentication, authorization, and encryption to protect against unauthorized access.

Backup and disaster recovery: Performing regular backups of Tomcat configurations and data, ensuring the ability to recover from system failures.
