Job Description:
- Assessment of the current content and Certifications established. Plan – Understanding existing model.
- Recommendation to enhance the content and certifications– Identification of functional needs to enhance current certifications and bring into alignment these with ISO standards. Supplier Quality Engineer (SPACA, Pillar 1, Pillar 2, Pillar 3), Lean, Black Belt, Green Belt and Human Factors.
- Stakeholder Analysis and Alignment – Business Analysis for existing stakeholders that will need to participate, and in what capacity.
- Process-to-Date Documentation – Gather and develop the necessary artifacts related with the existing certification so that it can be leveraged for gap analysis.
- Directional Strategy and Proposal –Customization of Content/ Certifications that support existing above.
- Test and implement agreed proposal.

Role: Salesforce Technical Lead / Sr. Salesforce Developer

Job Description:
- Salesforce Platform Knowledge: You must have a solid understanding of Salesforce’s core platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Community cloud
- Object-Oriented Programming: Strong skills in object-oriented programming (OOP) are essential to creating clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Salesforce.
- Database Management: A good understanding of database management principles and experience with SOSL,SOQL is important to work with Salesforce data.
- Integrations: You should have experience working with web services and APIs and be able to develop integrations with third-party systems.
- Testing and Debugging: As a Salesforce developer, you should be proficient in unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential to work with stakeholders and team members, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers.
