Role Description:
- This position is responsible for implementing ITOM requirements for a new ServiceNow implementation. ?
- Support the design, development, testing and implementation of automated processes and workflows for ITOM applications: Discovery, Service Mapping,
- Event Management, Operational Intelligence, and Cloud Management? Automate processes and workflows for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data.?
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery MID servers, patterns, sensors, probes, Discovery IP ranges and schedules.?
- Experience with implementation across multiple environments such as Windows, UNIX, and SNMP devices.?
- Configure integrations with other data sources and Cloud Discovery, and how discovery and integrations populate the CMDB.?
- Identify, configure, troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues.? Interface with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.?
- Support of Service Mapping efforts through scripting and discovery ?
- Support CSDM efforts?
- Configure ITOM dashboards.?
- Create requested client reports.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
