Skill Summary

Technical skills (Required – Mandatory)

ServiceNow GRC, SecOps, ITBM (SPM), SAM, HAM, FSM, VRM (VENDOR RISK MANAGEMNT)/TPRM, IH, and Integrations using EBonding.

Minimum 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications, ITIL v3/v4 foundation certified.

Expert Proficiency of working with ServiceNow platform for Global Customers

Design Frameworks and Methodologies; Non-Functional Requirements

Architecture definition, design, and development tools

Scripting, Solutioning

Technical skills (Required – Nice to have)

ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Portal

Language skills needed

English

People skills

Architect and Senior Developer

Soft skills

  • Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
  • Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
  • Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
  • Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
  • Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
  • Experienced in running operations following ITIL processes. 
  • Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits.
  • Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams.
  • Cross functional Knowledge on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.

 

 

 

Area of responsibilities

·         Hands on experience on ServiceNow Security operations Vulnerability Response, Vendor Risk Management, Field Service Management, Governance and Compliance.

·         Hands on experience on ITBM, SAM, HAM, VRM, FSM, GRC and SecOps modules.

  • Develop, test, and deploy GRC enhancements/ feature requests as required by the business.
  • Support current Policy and Compliance, Risk Management and Vendor Risk Management configurations and business processes.

·         Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems.

·         Should be able to hold discussions with the clients on the best approach for the client after analyzing their environment.

·         Must have working experience Agile environment.

·         Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules.

·         ServiceNow implementation experience in Security operation – Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance.

·         Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset – not limited to) will be an added advantage.

·         Working experience in implementation of catalog items and record producers.

·         Working experience in configuring Vulnerability response applications and integration with one of vulnerability scanner tool

·         Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows or flows.

·         Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX.

·         Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).

·         Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript.

·         Hands-on experience working with relational databases.

·         Hands-on experience with web UI development and Service Portal technologies that include HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.

·         Service Now Certified Application Developer is an Advantage
