Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Senior SAP CO Consultant** with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Controlling (CO) modules, business processes, and hands-on expertise in implementing effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA implementations, focusing on CO-Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
Execute and oversee CO business processes, including Standard Cost Estimate Runs, ML Closing, Allocations, and Top-Down Distribution.
Implement and manage Activity Based Costing (ABC) within SAP CO.
Provide expertise in Project Systems and ensure seamless integration with SAP CO.
Ensure smooth SAP CO integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, PS, and PM.
Conduct business workshops independently, gathering requirements and mapping business processes to SAP Controlling solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions that align with business goals.
Lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant.
3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
Proven S/4 HANA implementation experience across key CO areas: Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
Strong knowledge of CO business processes and the ability to translate them into SAP solutions.
Hands-on experience in Activity Based Costing (ABC) and Project Systems.
Expertise in SAP CO integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, PS, and PM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
SAP certification in CO or S/4 HANA.
Experience in conducting business process workshops and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
