Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and work within an Agile development environment. This role is integral to helping teams follow Agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove Impediments and protect teams from distractions to ensure maximum productivity.
• Foster Collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Drive Continuous Improvement through effective retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Track & Report Agile Metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, etc.
• Support Backlog Refinement and ensure effective prioritization of tasks.
• Cultivate a Culture of Self-Organization and accountability within the team.
• Partner with Other Scrum Masters to enhance Agile maturity across the organization.
• Adapt to Changes and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years as a Scrum Master, guiding teams through Agile methodologies.
• Tools Expertise: Jira, Azure DevOps, Teams, Microsoft 365 Apps, Confluence, Estimation tools.
• Time Zone: Must be located in PST or MST time zones (California/Arizona ONLY).
• Flexibility: Ability to work remotely while aligning with core hours in Arizona time zone.

Must-Have Certifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master).
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is highly preferred.
• Additional Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, CPO).
