Title : Onshore Production Support Lead

Location : (Remote)(CST)

Skillset : Java, JMS Messaging, Splunk, AppD, CI/CD, Jenkins DSE (Apache Cassandra)

Exp: 9+ years

Role Description:

·         This onshore Production Support Lead expected to be primary for L1/L2 Support for all Java applications.

·         Resource should have strong hands experience on Splunk, AppD, CI/CD, Grafana

·         Help team technically and ensure team at onshore and offshore delivery of sprint user stories in the sprint.

·         Resource is expected to understand Architecture, orchestrators, and landscape flow and complexity

·         Connect with team to address any skills/ user stories understanding Issues before actual scrum standups with Client.

·         Ensure to support Production Issues when there are any Issues raised with high priority.

·         Resource expected to be flexible enough to support prod issues (during weekdays/weekends) (24X7)
