Job Description:

The Applications Development Technology Analyst is responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. This position involves working on the development, design, and implementation of technology solutions that address business requirements. You will work in a hybrid environment in Charlotte, NC, collaborating with the team to create and enhance applications that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement application systems and programs
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define application requirements
• Provide technical support during system integration, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to ensure application functionality
• Participate in the development of technical specifications, coding, and debugging
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of applications and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.)
• Experience in software development, design, and implementation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with application systems and programming tools
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
• GC, GC EAD, or USC status only
