Responsibility:

We are seeking a skilled GEP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GEP SMART and other GEP platforms, focusing on configuring, implementing, and enhancing procurement processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, resolve technical issues, and improve platform efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Implementation:Configure and implement GEP SMART modules such as Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Spend Analysis.
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, and forms to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate GEP SMART with other enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Enhancements and Customization:Identify, design, and implement enhancements to optimize the platform for improved usability and efficiency.
  • Configure system enhancements, including approval flows, user roles, and reporting features.
  • Support and Maintenance:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, including training and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement system integrations and customizations.

Testing and Documentation:

  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and customizations.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with GEP SMART configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for reporting and troubleshooting.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with GEP platforms or other procurement software (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).
  • Demonstrated experience in system enhancement and implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Certifications (preferred):

GEP SMART Certification or equivalent training.
