Job Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements:
• Master’s degree preferred Minimum 10 years of experience as a CIO or related.
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining ERP systems; Yardi knowledge preferred.
• Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Applications certification preferred
• Develop and articulate the company’s AI vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Thorough understanding of data management and administration
• Establish AI integration to establish efficiencies throughout the organization
• Integrations between Yardi and local data warehouse.
• Working with IT staff and vendors to develop and implement agency goals to improve HOME processes with technology and efficiencies.
• Develop AI strategies and innovate other departments processes with the implementation of AI and the existing IT portfolio services.
• Creating and implementing IT policies, protocols and standards
• Ensuring that IT department strategies and processes provide appropriate support to company-wide goals
• Overseeing contract negotiations with IT vendors, contractors and service providers
• Communicating with other executives regarding costs, value and risk- potential of new IT projects
