Job Title: TIBCO Analyst/Developer

Location: Hybrid MON/WED at 5080 Spectrum Dr #1200W, Addison, TX 75001

Duration: 6+ Months/Contract to Hire

Interview Mode: MS Team

USC/GC Only

Client: Concentra

Interview Process: 1^st 30 minute video interview, 2^nd round technical interview with architect or tech lead (or both) 3^rd round 30 min interview with lead (mixture of technical and conversational) 4^th round 15 minutes w/ another lead (can consolidate and move quickly)

TOP SKILLS:

•  Analyst 2 level- ramp up to learn the business, but minimal ramp of for TIBCO
•  Familiarity with the tools within TIBCO to make changes independently
  • SQL

·         Hands on analyst developer who can build and maintain

·         Recent BusinessWorks 5 experience

• NOT looking for TIBCO operations expert or engineer

Intake Call Notes:

·         Lost four TIBCO resources. Looking to backfill all four, three official reqs

·         Recent Business force 5 experience, not an architect, someone who can be hands on. Everyone they have they have received so far is architect level

·         Wants team to be local and get facetime with the team

Nice to haves:

·         Someone who wants to expand outside of TIBCO in the integration space

TIBCO:

·         High volume messaging platform. Interfaces between things, published subscription time models. Particular messages in an environment need to be processed, handed over to TIBCO and then TIBCO processes these in a que. Uses a lot of business logic and can send to databases

·         TIBCO simplifies the creation of API’s and provides visual tooling to do this
