- Serve as the primary technical expert for Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME) solutions.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Dell OME environments.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for Dell OME-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal staff and clients on Dell OME best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Dell OME configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Dell OME and related technologies.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of new hardware and software solutions that integrate with Dell OME.
- Participate in the development of IT strategies and roadmaps that leverage Dell OME capabilities.
- Provide input and recommendations for continuous improvement of IT infrastructure management practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years focused on Dell OpenManage Enterprise.

In-depth knowledge of Dell OME architecture, features, and capabilities.

Strong understanding of server, storage, and network hardware, particularly Dell products.

Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
