Job Description
The Technology Solution Manager is responsible for ensuring that all artifacts and deliverables for each release/scope of work achieve their intended outcomes. The role involves:
- Leading the delivery of integrations within business processes, providing expertise in analysis, design, and project management.
- Ensuring that the inventory of integrations is maintained and documented according to standards.
- Verifying that API documentation, such as Swagger, contains the necessary details.
- Ensuring that functional and technical documentation in Confluence is maintained in accordance with standards. Reviewing FDD (Functional Design Documents) and TDD (Technical Design Documents) as needed.
- Overseeing adherence to development and code repository standards, and participating in build reviews as required.
- Identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing information, applying critical thinking to present it in a clear and impactful manner.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and efficiently convey technical and functional solutions.
- Strong ability to prioritize, distinguish between what is meaningful and what is urgent, and navigate multiple scenarios to identify the best path forward.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the capacity to process complex information quickly and present it in a simplified and clear manner to diverse audiences.
