Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead major projects and complex assignments with a broad scope and long-term business implications. The TPM will drive multiple simultaneous projects, ensure seamless execution in an Agile/Scrum environment, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver new features and capabilities for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully deliver major projects with long-term business impact, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conceptualize, rationalize, and manage execution plans across engineering teams in a Scrum execution model.
  • Manage Scrum teams responsible for building, operating, and maintaining software solutions.
  • Act as Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist, driving all Agile ceremonies and implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Develop and drive metrics for team delivery using both in-house and SaaS-based tools.
  • Utilize JIRA and other Agile workflow tools to optimize project execution.
  • Guide, mentor, and coach teams on Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, from executives to engineering teams.
  • Remove impediments with urgency or guide teams in doing so.
  • Foster a trusting and safe environment where challenges can be discussed and resolved collaboratively.
  • Maintain and present project-related information, KPIs, and metrics to leadership for review.
  • Recommend strategic direction, continuous improvements, and policy changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Drive initiatives for automation, defect metrics, and overall quality improvements.
  • Own and report on platform performance metrics and ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management (ISM), or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of multiple software development methodologies, including Agile and SAFe.
  • Expertise in JIRA and other Agile workflow tools.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile teams, mentor engineers, and drive delivery success.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executives and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience in program/project management, Agile coaching, and Scrum Master leadership.
