Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in retail product-based environments to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for professionals who have led complex technical programs at retail-focused product companies and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings. You’ll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of high-impact projects, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to bring retail-focused technology solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning and execution of technical programs from concept to launch.
· Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ensure alignment with retail business goals.
· Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination.
· Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management.
· Proven experience in retail-focused product-based companies (e.g., e-commerce platforms, omnichannel retail, retail tech solutions).
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
· Technical fluency with the ability to engage closely with engineering teams.
· Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
· Experience in e-commerce, omnichannel retail, or retail tech platforms.
· Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms.
· Experience launching consumer-facing retail products or platforms at scale.
