Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market demands in the healthcare sector.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinicians, and end-users, to gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback.
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including feature prioritization, milestones, and release planning, ensuring timely delivery of product increments.
User Stories: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, providing clear direction on product features and functionalities.
Product Testing and Validation: Coordinate product testing and validation activities, including usability testing, alpha/beta testing, and validation with healthcare professionals to ensure products meet clinical and operational needs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations, standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA), and industry best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the healthcare product landscape.
Customer Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for customer feedback, conducting customer interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to gather insights and enhance product features.
