•    Experience in SmartCOMM/Thunderhead
•    Experience in Draft Editor
•    Strong scripting background
•    Setting up and working with SmartComm Appliance
•    Previews and generating outputs using SmartComm API
•    Knowledge of different platforms, Mainframe, Unix & Windows
•    Experience in end-to-end migration project using accelerators
•    Experience in Dynamic data import
•    Ability to organize weekly status calls
•    Risk Management
•    Metrics & Measurements
•    Defect prevention process

•    Ability to identify and implement cost saving and performance tuning activities
