Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Onsite Technical Architect to lead the architectural design and technical decision-making for Xpanse. The ideal candidate will engage directly with clients, define best practices, and ensure smooth collaboration between onsite and offshore teams. Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, AWS, and microservices architecture is required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive architectural discussions with clients and act as the final decision-maker for all technical aspects.
- Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to high-quality coding standards.
- Set up and enforce development and deployment processes.
- Guide and support the offshore development team, resolving blockers and providing implementation solutions.
- Review technical designs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Have hands-on knowledge of AWS services and be comfortable configuring AWS resources for new environments.
