Job Description:-

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the design, implementation and operation of Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMWare and cloud infrastructure platforms
• Provide support for the LAN, WAN, Firewall and Load Balancing solutions and for the implementation and operation of Microsoft application environments such as Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and M365
• Provide support for the design, implementation and operation of the standard infrastructure applications such as backup, anti-virus, security, patching, monitoring, and ITSM tools
• Ensure disaster recovery solution is operational, maintained and meeting the business needs

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, design or support role for on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure
2. Proven experience in and supporting Microsoft, Linux or server clusters
3. Background creating automated environment deployment processes with tools such as Terraform
4. Experience with core access and identity components such as Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and Client
5. Experience installing and/or supporting VMWare and Cisco Networking Equipment, including routers, switches and firewalls
6. Storage LUN creation, vSAN stretched clustering, storage disk utilization and management
7. Enterprise networking – routing protocols & traffic flow, VLAN and subnet management
8. Knowledge of SDWAN is nice to have
9. VPLEX experience is a plus

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent
