Position Overview:-
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Manager to lead business transformation engagements in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Controlling, specifically in Cost Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and SAP Finance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful project delivery, requirement analysis, and seamless implementation and integration of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions in Controlling and Finance modules.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Manage client service delivery expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
- Collaborate with various costing groups and manufacturing teams as part of the business transformation initiative.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, business processes, and objectives.
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis to align SAP S/4 HANA solutions with business needs.
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Provide expertise in SAP Controlling, including Cost Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
Qualifications:
- 10+yrs of experience in SAP FICO
- 10+yrs of experience in SAP FICO PC
- Extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, specifically in SAP Controlling (Cost Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) and SAP Finance.
- Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, with the ability to lead business transformation engagements.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in S/4 HANA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with additional SAP modules and technologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP solutions and the oil and gas sector.
