Note: Candidate must have Openlink Endur experience.

Job Notes:
Submittal Process:

* Resumes must be under 5 pages and include all contact information; no more than 10-15 bullets per role

Candidate Status (acceptable status):
* all citizenship statuses accepted

Skills | Must-Haves:
* 8+ years of professional experience
* Experience with Openlink Endur v16 or newer versions
* Crude and Refined product industry experience
* solid support troubleshooting skills within Endur

Nice to Have Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Working with both onshore and offshore teams experience
* Ability to understand business needs and convert to functional requirements, solutions design and testing

Company | Job Insight:
* Project start date ASAP
* contract or contract-to-hire role
* client is in the Power and Gas industry
* this is a functional/BA support role — candidates need to have solid Endur domain understanding given business users can ask anything
* need the ability to troubleshoot basic issues and in case it requires, escalation needs to route the issues to other teams
* client is looking for someone long-term on either contract or potential conversion to FTE
