Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled QA Specialist with expertise in retail and Manhattan solutions to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical in helping us deliver a Manhattan warehouse and order management solution over the coming months. Our team is currently facing a bottleneck in QA, and we need additional support from an experienced QA professional to ensure the successful delivery of this project.
Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive testing of Manhattan warehouse and order management solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report findings.
• Ensure that all QA processes and standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide input on QA resource allocation and strategies to optimize the testing process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a QA Specialist, particularly in the retail sector.
• Strong expertise with Manhattan Associates’ warehouse and order management solutions.
• Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in handling large-scale QA projects.
• Familiarity with other supply chain and logistics software solutions.
• Certification in QA or related fields.
