Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in financial institutions and IT to join our team. The successful candidate will support our project focusing on re-engineering and documenting our new SDLC process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define business/system requirements through user meetings and interviews.
- Develop use cases and resolve issues by analyzing current processes.
- Participate in business analysis project planning, managing issue logs, and preparing project documentation.
- Provide technical and business knowledge to clients and keep abreast of technological developments.
- Conduct industry research and benchmarking.
- Code and maintain business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications.
- Analyze and test phases in the development cycle.
Must-Haves:
- Strong software skills with hands-on experience in financial institutions and IT.
- Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SDLC and process re-engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to improve and recommend new processes.
- Experience in a support role within IT projects.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial institutions and IT.
- JIRA & Confluence Experience.
