Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified and Experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead and optimize Employee Central (EC) implementations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its best practices, with hands-on experience in multiple full-cycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central (minimum 5 full cycles).
- Design and configure business rules, workflows, and event derivations within EC.
- Manage data loads, migrations, and integrations with external HR systems.
- Optimize Employee Central solutions to align with business needs and best practices.
- Provide expertise in EC building blocks, position management, workflows, and permissions.
- Work closely with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, permissions, and data integrity.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors updates and release management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 full-cycle EC implementations experience.
- Strong expertise in business rules, workflows, and data migration strategies.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Employee Central architecture, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with Employee Central integrations (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or other middleware).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors module integrations (Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, etc.).
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Reporting, People Analytics, and MDF Objects.
- Prior experience in global HR transformations and compliance requirements.
