• Client: Cigna (Working with Prime Vendor)
• Work Authorization: USC, GC

Key Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Healthcare IT Experience – Health Insurance, Claims Processing, Enrollment, Premium Billing
• Technical Expertise – RESTful APIs, Microservices, AWS Services, NoSQL Databases, JSON, XML
• Agile & Testing – Agile Methodology, BDD/TDD, Test Automation, Writing Test Scripts
• System & Business Analysis – System Configuration, Gap Analysis, Documentation, Business Flow Diagrams
• Application Development – Technical Specifications, API Clients (Postman, SoapUI), Writing REST API Specs
• Problem-Solving & Collaboration – Working with IT & Business Teams, Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Healthcare Systems

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and develop system specifications for business needs.
• Work with API clients (Postman, SoapUI) to test and analyze REST APIs.
• Write technical specifications, modify JSON/XML schemas, and prepare database queries (NoSQL).
• Collaborate with IT & Business Teams to develop and implement application solutions.
• Develop test scenarios, write test scripts, and support automated testing.

This is an excellent long-term contract opportunity for professionals with strong Healthcare IT, API development, and Agile experience.
