Job Description:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, including Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Proven experience in migrating legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce with Email Case Management
- Understanding of object based model, governor limits in Salesforce
- Experience in working with asynchronous and synchronous processes
- Proficient in advance admin features – Example: flows ,Dynamic forms
- REST and SOAP integrations
- Good understanding and hands on experience – Object oriented programming, Apex, LWC, Aura, framework, Visualforce.
- Salesforce Architect certification good to have.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Designs, configures, and tests various Salesforce Modules
- Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
- Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
