Opening / Selling Statement –
Client is seeking a RPA Controller for a long term project to implement a RPA CoE and roll out RPA within a company for the first time. This will require a hands on, self-motivated individual that is familiar and comfortable with taking the ball and running it forward. Looking for what needs to be done by pulling on past experience doing similar for a company in their past experience. Someone who is passionate about getting things done quickly, efficiently, and who has a vast experience of supporting complex projects and programs. This person must enjoy delivering initiatives and solving complex problems that help accomplish business objectives in innovative ways, and balance stakeholder and team member expectations without being dogmatic in their approach.
? The Process Controller is a key role that supports and administers the day to day running of RPA processes in the production environment
? The Process Controller must manage the virtual workforce in production and to ensure the stability of the Robotic environments

Job Duties –
- Experience executing production deployments, creating service tickets and change management representation to all changes
- Hands on experience with troubleshooting and debugging
- Manage licenses in the control room/orchestration tool
- Stay up to date on the orchestrator versions and upgrade if needed
- Log production incident tickets for errors identified in production RPA processing
- Prioritize the defects for resolution including planning and testing of fixes.
- Fix RPA errors, confirm the fix in UAT and deploy tested fixes in production environment.
- Provide technical knowledge and leadership as a support
- Creates and maintains Production support documentation and updates when needed
- Ensures adherence to documented RPA framework, build and delivery standards in any fixes
- Provides Go Live and hyper care support with a focus on quality and code related issues
- Work closely with production support engineers to deploy into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned and execute knowledge transfer
- Work on Production Support to complete enhancements, regression testing, updates and troubleshoot errors
- Provide training sessions in hyper care for end users and support staff on RPA technologies and best practices
- Maintain effective partnerships with engineering teams to drive service improvement
- Mentor team of RPA support analysts
- Provides performance reporting and metrics
- Supporting and administering day to day running of processes in production environment, scheduling and ensuring stability of processes
- Preparing the issue tracker and sharing reports with the leadership teams
- Administrate the RPA production environment
- Schedule and run RPA processes, investigate any issues in the production processes, and raise change requests or support calls where required
- Administer and allocate process workloads
- Perform capacity analysis and inform CoE Leader in case capacity upgrade is required
- Define process dashboard to be used by Process SME for robot process monitoring
- Support Process SMEs when issues appear in production robots' operations
- Administer and investigate exceptions (System Exceptions)
- Solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA implemented processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required
- Serve as first level support for workflows and systems incidents; identify incidents, determine whether they are workflow related or systems related and raise for resolution to RPA Developer or IT, respectively
- Define dashboards that SMEs should use when monitoring process performance
Job Requirements -Experience:
- Overall 6-7+ years of IT experience
- 1+ years of experience in technical support lead role is preferred
- 2-3 years of providing operational or production level support
- Preferred 2+ year of experience running and monitoring automation software
- Experienced with Scalable and complex automation production support
- Experience working with Matured Automation COE
- Working with community developer model is preferred
- Strong technical background and hands on development experience in .NET, C#, Python
- Experience or good understanding of business processes would be a plus
- Good understanding of UiPath, Power Automate, Automate Anywhere tools.
- Working experience as a developer following the SDD.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues
- A good team player, collaborates well in cross-functional teams
- A basic understanding of business processes
- Experience in a production support capacity
- Understanding of formal change control and defect management disciplines
- Experience in monitoring, reporting and auditing
- Excellent organizational skills, able to schedule processes/tasks, monitor resources, and log issues
