Remote (PST working hrs)

Job Description:

• We need someone who has expertise in Javascript / React / Java, primarily front end testing is needed. 
• For back-end testing they need API/endpoints testing skills and knowledge of framework. No database testing.
• Sr Automation Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Selenium with Java/ Java-scripting for UI automation  ( POM design pattern and TestNG framework) along with experience with API automation (RestAssured framework using Java)
• Experience with Sanity headless CMS (Content Management System) or similar CMSs that use structured content to re-use content across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI, REST API web services and backend components of Web Applications.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing to validate system interactions.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks for UI (using Selenium, etc.), backend, and APIs (using Python, etc.).
• Collaborate with development teams to identify test cases, build test plans, and automate repetitive testing processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report test results to ensure product quality.
• Debug, analyze failures, and improve automation stability and coverage.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in automated testing of frontend, REST APIs, and backend applications.
• Experience with web UI automation tools like Selenium.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the development workflow.
• Familiarity with security products and their testing methodologies.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Extensive hands-on experience with performance and security testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Experience with Vercel platform for deploying and hosting web applications, CDN, and serverless functions, and integrations with headless CMS to test data as an API.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python (or similar) for writing automation test scripts.
• Experience with AWS, etc., including deploying EC2 and related services.
• Familiarity with NodeJS and NextJS/React.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized testing.
