Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain CxO level summary reports and dashboards.
· Understand and address the challenges faced during the Power BI rollout, including licensing terms and compliance.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and rollout of BI solutions across the organization.
· Provide training and support to users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Power BI.
· Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications:
· 10-12 years proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, writing DAX and Power Query.
· In-depth knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
· Experience with strategies to overcome rollout and adoption related challenges including Power BI licensing terms and compliance.
· Experience in change management process for BI platforms
· Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and Azure data fabric.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
· Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
