Sr. Juniper Network Engineer
Location :- McLean and Dulle, VA(Hybrid)
USC Only
Client- MITRE
Sometime onsite and some weekend cutover work in McLean, Dulles VA and Now open to Bedford Mass, MA.
Our client with offices located in McLean and Dulle, VA is in need of a Hybrid-Local- for 3–4-month contract with strong potential for extension. The
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Must be a US Citizen and can be onsite as needed at either the McLean and Dulles locations.
- 8-10+ years of hands-on Juniper & Cisco route/switch network experience with the development lifecycle but more of a focus on Juniper OS including:
- Junos, Routing, helping us get to CMMC-Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification
- Installing experience of Juniper Networks® PTX Series Packet Transport Routers, converting and moving tunnels over to new devices etc.
- Must have the ability to be onsite during work change nights 8-11pm Tuesday and Thursday or as needed.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS:
- Ansible Automation, Scripting a plus
- Knowledge of Fiber Optical network doesn’t hurt but not necessary.
