Data Analyst/Scientist Expertise in Power BI and Python Exp.

Phoenix, AZ (Onsite, 5 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze complex datasets using statistical methodologies and deliver actionable insights.
2. Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Power BI.
3. Program and script with Python to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs.
5. Implement data-driven solutions to business problems.
6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in analytics solutions developed.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization with Power BI.
2. Strong ability with Python programming, particularly for data analysis.
3. Demonstrated experience in statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
4. Familiarity with data management principles and best practices.
5. Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.
Preferred Skills:
1. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and quantitative aptitude.
2. Ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative.
3. Proven experience with SQL and relational databases.
4. Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
5. Strong communication skills to effectively share insights and recommendations.
Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Relevant work experience in data analysis or data science.
