Title: Solution Architect- Python

Duration: Contract

Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with a strong technical background and proven expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the field, with a deep understanding of Python, AWS-EC2 architecture, Flask, SQL, and JavaScript. This role requires not only technical proficiency but also exceptional soft skills, including contextual knowledge, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design & Implementation:

1. Design and deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure architectural solutions that meet business requirements.
2. Develop detailed architecture designs and documentation, including technical specifications and design patterns.

2. Technical Leadership:

1. Lead technical discussions and guide development teams in implementing solutions using Python, Flask, SQL, and JavaScript.
2. Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and standards.
3. Provide expertise in AWS-EC2 architecture to optimize cloud resources and cost-efficiency.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

1. Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements and provide actionable insights.
2. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align architectural decisions with business objectives.

4. Problem Solving & Innovation:

1. Identify and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
2. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the architectural framework.

5. Project Ownership:

1. Take ownership of architectural solutions from inception through to deployment and post-implementation support.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Technical Skills:

1. Python: Extensive experience in developing and deploying Python applications.
2. AWS-EC2 Architecture: In-depth knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, for designing and managing cloud infrastructure.
3. Flask: Proficiency in using Flask for building web applications and APIs.
4. SQL: Strong expertise in SQL for designing and managing databases.
5. JavaScript: Experience with JavaScript for front-end development and integration.

Soft Skills:

1. Contextual Knowledge: Ability to understand and apply industry-specific knowledge to tailor solutions effectively.
2. Positive Attitude: Maintain a constructive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
3. Ownership: Demonstrated responsibility for project outcomes and a proactive approach to driving solutions and improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 15+ years of experience in solution architecture and software development.
3. Proven track record of successful project delivery and architectural leadership.
4. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
