Job Description:

• Manage and prioritize the Snowflake product backlog, ensuring alignment with HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Oversee data ingestion, modeling, and reporting in Snowflake for HR & Finance use cases.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within Snowflake.
• Optimize performance and scalability of data pipelines.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Snowflake, data architecture, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with HR and Finance data processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
