Required Skills:
Experience as a Business Analyst on SharePoint platform.
- 8+ years of expertise in designing SharePoint and web-based content solutions.
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Working knowledge of AGILE software development methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- SharePoint experience with designing custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
- Extensive experience with SharePoint Designer or SharePoint Owner roles.
- Strong Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps tool suite.
- Experience with Balsamiq Wireframes.
- Proven experience writing clear and concise technical training materials and other user documentation experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience evaluating business processes and re-engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users.
Nice to have Skills:
- Experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Motivated self-starter that can work with minimal supervision.
