The ideal candidate is obsessed with high quality work product, detail oriented and continuously strives for process improvement and efficiency. This is a highly collaborative role within the organization; and may flex to support Global DTC regions utilizing the same/common platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud tools including Page Designer, Business Manager and Interaction Studio.  They will have experience in content management, quality assurance/testing and developing best practices with web operations.

What you Will Do:

•                Create and maintain product and marketing content (US/CA), while ensuring a seamless experience across channels

•                Develop and deploy content across ecommerce sites via Page Designer to customer and CA.

•                Working with ecommerce operations teams, monitor content for quality and optimization opportunities to improve overall ecommerce performance and core KPIs (focus: conversion, abandon rate)

•                Communicates status updates with internal team, technology partners, and agency vendors using tools like JIRA, Slack

•                Collaborates closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure delivery of high quality and web optimal assets (copy, imagery)

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

•                Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, digital content/design or equivalent field

•                3-5 years of experience with web/ecommerce operations and content management systems. Preferably in Salesforce commerce, page designer, and marketing platforms

•                Knowledge of HTML development is ideal.

•                Experience working with Atlassian products including JIRA workflows, and Confluence documentation.
