Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

Location: Jacksonville ,FL (Onsite)

Mode: Contract

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Strong expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).

– Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and projects.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

– Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
