Role – ServiceNow Developer with CSA and CAD

| Role Description: | ? ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).? ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and Virtual Agent.? Experience with AI & Automation in ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Machine Learning models).? Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development.? Write and maintain server-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, etc.) and client-side scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).? Create and optimize Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Processes.? Work with Security & Access Control (ACLs, Roles, and Groups) to ensure data protection and compliance7+Key Responsibilities?
