ServiceNow Developer – Malvern, PA (onsite)

Position: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Malvern, PA (onsite)

Duration: 12 months Contract

 

Client: TCS

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • 3+ years of technical architecture experience and at least 2+ or ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Experience in ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules,
  • Experience in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps)
  • Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics
  • Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and work seamlessly with customers
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with HRSD module and EC Pro
  • Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, HRSD and Employee Center Pro
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
  • Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
  • Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
  • Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an “Architecture first” principle
  • Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
  • Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of HCM products like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
  • Experience in Service Catalog rationalization catalog Items with workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology.
  • Good to have experience in ServiceNow UI Development: ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center Components like Branding, SP pages, UI pages, Widgets, along with UI technologies Angular JS (1.X) , Angular Provider, Angular Templates, Bootstrap 3 framework, CSS, HTML
  • Self-starter, good interpersonal skills, ability to lead customer meetings and build customer confidence

Required Education: At least a bachelor’s degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
