Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Lead
Location: NYC (Hybrid – 3 Days a Week in Office) (Candidates from only Tri-states)

About Us: We’re dynamic IT team focused on IT Service Management (ITSM) through ServiceNow. Our team manages and enhances the Service Hub, with Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and ITSM fully implemented and operational. We recently attended the ServiceNow Knowledge Conference and are eager to integrate the latest GenAI features into our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ITSM modules within ServiceNow.
- Support and improve Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and ITSM functionalities.
- Implement new ServiceNow GenAI capabilities.
- Collaborate with the team to manage the Service Hub efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM.
- Familiarity with Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and GenAI features.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow certification and Agile experience.
