DESCRIPTION
The Client is requires the services of Systems Analyst 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Systems Analyst 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the Client and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
ITIL Remedy/ServiceNow integrator. We are looking for a Service Management Process owner to provide leadership and develop and manage projects which promote IT Service Management principles and guide Infrastructure and Operations maturity using Service Management methods.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with ITSM and ITIL governance processes. – Required – 8 Years
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically and know when to apply each type of action. – Required – 8 Years
- Very strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation and facilitation. – Required – 8 Years
- Technical understanding with ability to translate into business concepts. – Required – 8 Years
- IT Service Management knowledge beyond theory. He/she has held roles which implement IT best practices. – Required – 8 Years
- Credibility and trust; ideally has earned the respect of IT managers and other business managers at all levels. – Required – 8 Years
- The ability to bring together and work with a team of people with varied backgrounds – business analysts, technical experts, process owners – to articulate and remedy service level issues. – Required – 8 Years
- A good understanding of IT Outsourcing and Managed Services. – Required – 8 Years
- Statistical, numerical and analytical principles and processes. – Required – 8 Years
- Innovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within limits of costs and business direction. – Required – 8 Years
- Adhere to Project Management best practices – Required – 8 Years
- Experience with ITSM service tools, ServiceNow, and Remedy. – Required – 8 Years
- Proficient in the use of Remedy On Demand – Preferred – 5 Years
- IT Service Management certification ITIL V3 or V4 – Preferred – 4 Years
- PMP Certification– Preferred – 4 Years
- Business Process Engineering – Preferred – 4 Years
- Technical Writing/Formal documentation skills – Preferred – 4 Years
- Experience with ServiceNow in use with supporting external business partners. Experience with Cloud service provider AWS. – Preferred – 4 Years
- Training experience – Preferred – 3 Years
- Experience with ServiceNow security operations. Experience with DevOps tools (Jira, Gitlab, etc.) – Preferred – 1 Years
