Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Ewing, NJ(Hybrid)
Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory
Job Description:
- Total IT Experience required 12+ Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one area (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Experience working as a ServiceNow Architect with deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integration, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience in implementing ITSM processes.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting technologies).
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools (e.g., Studio, Update Sets, Service Portal, MID Server).
- Experience with integrations using web services (SOAP/REST), middleware, and other integration methods.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
