Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to meet the organization’s needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow suite, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other modules, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets current and future business requirements.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollouts of new applications and modules.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the ServiceNow platform and implement solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow architecture, processes, and configurations.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure the ServiceNow platform complies with organizational policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend new solutions to improve the platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including experience as an architect.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist. Additional certifications in specific ServiceNow modules are a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with web services integrations (SOAP, REST).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
