Job Title: ServiceNow Admin

Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Client: TCS

Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • Fulfil ServiceNow requests and provide IT equipment solutions, support computer refreshes, and assist in inquiries for information about solutions (Device Provisioning, Imaging based on Lines of Business)
  • ServiceNow Dashboarding & Reporting, Catalog Management – Request analysis and processing
  • Database updates, Laptop / Desktop refresh injects, SharePoint updates, Rollout and refresh audits, technical writing, wiki, KB articles
  • Facilitates Break fix scenarios, New Employee Orientation orders (backend)
  • Compliance process documentation, training documents, resolving Knowledge Base flags in ServiceNow, Monitor Knowledge Base owning group and incident queue.

Required Education: At least a bachelor’s degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
