Role: Service Now Tester
Location: Dallas / Tampa / Jersey City (Onsite)
Job Description:
Must Have – QA ( Service Now – ITSM , Service catalog , CMDB, ATF QA Manual & Automation , Jira, HP, ALM Postman ,JavaScript )
Responsibilities:
• Testing ServiceNow Modules: ServiceNow testers are responsible for meticulously testing various modules should have the below Skills
• Manual and Automated Testing:
• Manual Testing: Testers manually execute test cases based on requirements to validate functionality.
• Automated Testing: Automation tools are used to execute test cases, and ServiceNow offers tools like ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) for creating and running automated tests.
• Ensuring Functionality and Compatibility:
Testers ensure new features and updates function correctly and are compatible with existing systems.
• End-User Perspective:
Testing is performed from an end-users perspective to ensure the application meets user needs.
• Defect Identification and Reporting:
Testers identify and report defects or issues found during testing.
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing):Testers participate in UAT to ensure the software meets real-world requirements.
Tools and Technologies:
• ServiceNow Test Management Application: Used to create and manage manual software testing.
• ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework): Used to create and run automated tests on a ServiceNow instance.
