Sr. BA with Workday HCM and Payroll solutions.

Job Description:
Senior Business Systems Analyst to support various activities of a complex multi-year Payroll Transformation program on SaaS platform.
He/She collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes for work products for the enterprise.
Will determine the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems. Ensures work products conform to quality and content standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Conduct data analysis and requirements elicitation/analysis
- Complete functional and non©\functional requirements, plan system integrations, and other applicable artifacts necessary for test, design, and automation
- Create analysis documentation on as expected by the IT leads (process/design flows) and other supplemental artifacts
- Translate and summarize requirements to Agile/SaFe artifacts (epics, features, user stories, tasks, etc.); follow©\up on previously mentioned artifacts
- Schedule and facilitate effective collaboration on and internal communication on as instructed by the IT leads
- Record and distribute comprehensive meeting minutes within a short time span
- Project team collaboration for the purpose of supporting project milestones
- Resolve conflicts and issues
- Enable team organization through Agile tools and concepts
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)
Required Skills:
Ability to multi-task and work on highly complex problems – Agile and SCRUM concepts – Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint)
